$125/month plus a one-time $350 setup & build, or $1,250/year plus the same setup. Monthly plans are month-to-month.
What is EKON Operator?+
EKON CRM plus team management: rep scorecards, speed-to-lead and speed-to-offer, SLA and missed-task tracking, and owner reporting. It's $297/month plus a one-time $750 team setup, or $2,997/year with setup waived.
What's included?+
Every plan includes the done-for-you build, seller marketing, the Positive Reply system, Acquisitions, Follow Up and Dispositions, Buyer Blast, the dialer, KPIs, A2P setup and 1-on-1 onboarding. EKON CRM runs in one all-in-one workspace. EKON Operator can separate departments into dedicated workspaces.
How does communication usage work?+
Your plan covers the platform. SMS is $0.0096 per segment and calling is $0.0166 per minute, billed as you use them. Email is included.

Yes. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime, and yearly plans renew annually. Your data is yours to export.
How does onboarding work?+
After checkout you book a kickoff call. We build your system, submit A2P registration and walk you through it 1-on-1. A2P approval typically takes about 48 hours, but carrier timelines vary.
