By accessing or using EKON CRM, a platform operated by EKON Investments LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms apply to all users of EKON CRM, including individuals accessing the platform via any web browser, mobile device, or third-party integration.
EKON CRM is a white-labeled CRM platform powered by GoHighLevel, built specifically around how real estate wholesalers operate. Under the hood you get:
Features and availability may change over time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect your use of the platform.
Your account is yours to manage. That means keeping your login credentials private and taking responsibility for anything that happens under your account. Here's what we expect:
EKON CRM is a tool for running a real, compliant wholesale operation. You're responsible for how you use it. That means staying within the law — including but not limited to:
You may not use the platform to send spam, harass individuals, scrape contacts illegally, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform's infrastructure.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance depending on the plan you select. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' written notice via email. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
The LaunchPad A2P plan requires a one-time setup fee of $100 in addition to the monthly subscription. This fee covers done-for-you account configuration, A2P registration, seller lead website build, AI bot configuration, and onboarding.
If onboarding has not yet begun and you wish to cancel before work starts, contact us within 24 hours of payment at support@ekoncrm.com to request a refund consideration.
In addition to your subscription, usage-based fees apply for messaging, calling, and email:
Usage fees are tallied throughout the month and billed on your next invoice. These rates are passed through at cost with no markup. You can set usage limits inside the platform to control spending.
EKON CRM and all associated branding, design, templates, and proprietary workflows are owned by EKON Investments LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes during your active subscription.
You retain ownership of all data, contacts, and content you upload to the platform. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works based on EKON CRM's proprietary templates or workflows without express written permission.
By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the platform or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
By us: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms or used the platform in a way that causes harm to others or EKON CRM's infrastructure.
Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. We are not obligated to retain your data after termination, though we may keep it for a reasonable period for legal or compliance purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EKON Investments LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Indiana.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against EKON Investments LLC.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
