By accessing or using EKON CRM, operated by EKON Investments LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
EKON CRM is a white-labeled CRM platform powered by GoHighLevel, built for real estate wholesalers. The platform includes pipeline and contact management, SMS/email/calling automation, AI follow up bots, pre-built workflow templates, seller lead capture tools, the EKON Software Suite (5 tools), reporting dashboards, and optional done-for-you setup and A2P registration.
You are responsible for staying within the law, including TCPA consent requirements, CAN-SPAM compliance, state telemarketing laws, and Do Not Call registries.
You may not use the platform to send spam, harass individuals, scrape contacts illegally, or conduct fraudulent activity. Violations may result in immediate termination.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime. Access continues through end of billing period.
The one-time setup fee ($250 for Standard, $500 for Enterprise) is non-refundable once onboarding has begun. This covers system build, A2P registration, automation setup, and account preparation. If you cancel before onboarding begins, the fee will be refunded in full.
Your monthly plan covers platform access only. Usage is billed at cost with no markup:

Cancel anytime through your account settings or by emailing support@ekoncrm.com. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding has begun.
EKON CRM handles your A2P brand and campaign registration with carriers as part of onboarding. Approval timelines are controlled by carriers and are not guaranteed by EKON CRM. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from contacts before sending SMS messages.
A2P registration handled during onboarding remains active for as long as your subscription is active.
EKON CRM, its branding, and the EKON Software Suite are owned by EKON Investments LLC. You may not resell, sublicense, or white-label the platform without written permission. Your data remains yours — we do not claim ownership of content you create within the platform.
EKON Investments LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration except where prohibited by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of EKON CRM constitutes acceptance of any updates. Material changes will be communicated via email.
